Research Scientist/Manager (RSM)

 
 

Responsibilities:
• To manage and conduct research and development activities, mainly in the development of diagnostic test kit.
• To lead the team activities, including writing protocols, creating product prototypes, conducting experiments, analysing the results, and preparing reports.
• To estimate the costs, resources, and time required to conduct research projects and monitor performance to ensure targets are met.
• To manage production scale-up.
• To lead the Team.

Requirements:
• Master Degree (PhD is preferred) in Biotechnology/ Biochemistry/related Life Sciences.
• Minimum 3-year experience in diagnostic-related research and product development.
• Self-motivated, able to work both independently and in a team, having a good network in research and development.

 

 
 

Research Technician (RTN)

 
 

Responsibilities:
• To assist researchers/scientists to conduct research and product development.
• To conduct lab administrative duties, such as procurement and maintenance of lab equipment and materials/supplies.

Requirements:
• Diploma holder (Life Sciences/Biotechnology/ Biomedical).
• 3-year experience in lab work, preferably in clinical lab environment (familiar with handling human specimens).
• Experience in DNA/RNA extraction, PCR, ELISA, and other techniques is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, able to work both independently and in a team.

 

 
 

Regulatory Affairs Manager (RAM)

 
 

Responsibilities:
• Manage and conduct product-dossier compilation according to suitable CTD format or country-specific requirements and submit the dossier to the authorities in a timely manner.
• Manage or conduct product-dossier submission to the regulatory authorities in a timely manner.
• Liase with registration consultants and manage the relationship to ensure they deliver the service as stated in the agreement in a timely manner.
• Manage and develop team members to ensure that the activities are conducted according to the plan.
• To monitor regulatory and industry development and advise senior management on the potential impact of current and future regulations on the general business of the organisation.
• To build good working relationship with the authorities, business partners, and regulatory consultants.
• To search and negotiate with candidates of regulatory consultants.

Requirements:
• Min. Bachelor Degree in Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences (Singapore Registered Pharmacist is a must).
• Min. 4-year experience in Regulatory Affairs dealing with biopharmaceutical/pharmaceutical products.
• Familiarity with CTD formats and regulations in ASEAN and other countries.
• Ability to speak, read, and write Chinese is an advantage.

 

 
 

Regulatory Affairs Officer (RAO)

 
 

Responsibilities:
• To compile/prepare dossiers meeting the standard for submission to the Authorities.
• To communicate regularly with registration consultants and authorities.
• To submit clinical trial protocols to the Authorities for approval.

Requirements:
• Min. Bachelor Degree in Pharmaceutical / Life Sciences (Singapore Registered Pharmacist is a must).
• Min. 1-year experience in Regulatory Affairs dealing with biopharmaceutical/pharmaceutical products.
• Familiarity with CTD formats and regulations in ASEAN countries.
• Ability to speak, read and write Chinese is ad advantage.

 

 
 

BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION EXECUTIVE / MANAGER

 
 

The incumbent will be responsible for:
• Prepare the applications for the permits, licenses, authorizations and other approval that the company needs to conduct its business activities: to sell and distribute its products. These activities also include products licenses, import and export permits.
• To coordinate and monitor activities of a sale and distributors performance in order to implement the organization’s overall strategy for the assigned region.
• To coordinate and monitor inventory management and distribution activities, which may also include in managing clinical trial material importation.
• Initiate for source, evaluate, negotiate, appoint and manage appropriate distributors.

Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy.
• Singapore Registered Pharmacist who can hold Form A License for our company.
• Minimum 1-year experience in sales administration and distribution management.
• Good knowledge on poison regulation in Singapore.
• Self motivated, dynamic and pleasant personality, able to work independently and in a team.
• Ability to read and speak Mandarin is an advantage.

 

 
  Oncology (Targeted Therapy) Product Manager/Specialist (OPM)  

 

Responsibilities:
• Manage our oncology portfolio in Singapore
• Formulate and execute market and sales management strategy within approved budget
• Establish and mantain relationship with Key Opinion Leader (KOL) and hospital.
• Communicate a current, effective and accurate product presentation to customers.

Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree in Life Science, with additional degree in business/marketing is an advantage.
• Proven track record in managing the sales and marketing of global oncology brands in Singapore, with at least 1-2 years as Associate Product Manager for Product Manager Position and 1-2 years experience for Product Specialist.
• Has established networks with KOL and decision makers for oncology market in Singapore.
• Experience with KOL development in Oncology and ability to interpret KOL feedback.
• Strong quantitative and strategic skills with demonstrated ability to analyze data and develop markets key to success.
• Strong communication and presentation skills and ability to incorporate oncology therapeutic knowledge into key messages and communication strategies.
• Ability to influence and manage relationships at all levels
• Willing to travel.
